با صابون

بمال

Scrub front and back of hands

جلو و پشت دستهات رو بمال

Rinse your hands together

دستهات رو با هم بشور

Use towel or elbow to turn off the tap

از حوله یا آرنجت برای بستن شیر آب استفاده کن

Dry hands with a clean towel

دستهات رو با یک حوله تمیز خشک کن

Now your hands are nice and clean
